Legal Entity The Well Travelled and Le Bon Voyage are registered trade names of 9091-2031 Quebec Inc., a corporation incorporated under the laws of Quebec, Canada. 9091-2031 Quebec Inc. is a licensed travel agency in Quebec, permit number 702278, issued by the Office de la protection du consommateur (OPC). All references to "The Well Travelled" throughout this agreement refer to the legal entity 9091-2031 Quebec Inc.

1. Overview The Well Travelled is a travel service provider operating under Voyages G Travel, a travel agency licensed by the Office de la protection du consommateur (OPC) in Quebec, Canada. By accessing this website or booking a trip with The Well Travelled, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Bookings & Deposits All trip bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. Deposit amounts vary by trip and are clearly stated on each trip page. Your spot is not confirmed until your deposit has been received and processed. Full payment is due 90 days before the departure date of your trip.

3. Payment Plans Remaining balances after the initial deposit are payable in instalments as outlined at the time of booking. Instalment invoices will be sent directly to the email address provided at checkout. Failure to make instalment payments on time may result in forfeiture of your spot and your deposit.

4. Cancellations & Refunds Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. Cancellation terms for remaining balances vary by trip and are outlined in your booking confirmation. If a trip does not reach minimum numbers it will be cancelled and all payments including deposits will be refunded in full. The Well Travelled reserves the right to cancel or modify any trip due to circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, or insufficient bookings.

5. Travel Insurance Proof of travel medical insurance is required for all travellers on all trips. The Well Travelled is not responsible for any costs incurred as a result of a traveller's failure to obtain adequate insurance coverage.

6. Flights Travellers are responsible for booking their own flights unless otherwise stated. The Well Travelled is not responsible for any costs associated with flight changes, cancellations, or delays. If you would like assistance booking flights through a licensed travel agency, Voyages G Travel would be happy to help at voyagesgtravel.com.

7. Consumer Protection The Well Travelled operates under Voyages G Travel, licensed by the Office de la protection du consommateur (OPC). Travellers booking through The Well Travelled benefit from the consumer protections provided under Quebec law, including coverage for supplier failure, natural disasters, and political crises.

8. Liability The Well Travelled acts as an organiser of travel experiences and is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity that may occur during a trip. Travellers participate in all activities at their own risk.

9. Modifications The Well Travelled reserves the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, or activities where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control. Every effort will be made to maintain the quality and intention of the original itinerary.

10. Photography & Media The Well Travelled may photograph or record trips for marketing purposes. By booking a trip you consent to The Well Travelled using your likeness in promotional materials unless you opt out in writing before departure.

11. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada.
